Stichting Open Arms is a community foundation in Rotterdam offering free language classes at its center, 'Het Palet'. The organization provides Dutch lessons for various levels (including NT2 B2/C1 practice), as well as beginner English and French classes. All courses are taught in-person by volunteers and are aimed at helping neighborhood residents connect and participate in society.
