# Working as a German ski instructor

**Setting:** At the base station of a ski resort in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Tobias and Laura are taking a break between leading group ski courses. As fellow seasonal instructors, they regularly swap tips on gear, weather, and managing their students on the slopes.
