> Master talking about your day by listening to Ana and Pablo's conversation about work and family. It may feel challenging at first, but by the end of this course you will be able to fully understand and participate.

**Setting:** The pavement outside a school in Madrid at five in the afternoon, with parents waiting for the children to come out. Ana and Pablo stand next to each other most days and today they start talking. They use tú with each other.

## Lessons

### 1. Saying what you do for work

Ana and Pablo find out what the other does for a living.

### 2. Talking about your children

Ana and Pablo say how many children they each have.

### 3. Saying who you live with

Pablo tells Ana who is at home, and she does the same.

### 4. Saying what time you get up

Pablo asks Ana what time her day starts.

### 5. Saying where you eat meals

Ana and Pablo compare where they eat during the day.

### 6. Talking about your evening

Pablo tells Ana he works evenings and goes to bed late.

### 7. Meeting the children after school

The children come out, and Ana and Pablo say goodbye.
