**Setting:** At a lively café in Katendrecht, Rotterdam, Ruben and Sanne meet up regularly to help Sanne's new international costume-making apprentice navigate the daunting Dutch bureaucracy. Ruben brings his lifelong experience with official paperwork to the table, while Sanne helps translate the dry administrative Dutch into practical steps.
