**Setting:** At Rafael's bustling tasca near the Bolhão market in Porto, Ana drops off the morning's freshest catch from the Matosinhos fish auction before sitting down for her daily coffee and mid-morning snack. Over the course of several days, their quick transactions at the counter evolve into lively daily chats about the menu, coffee preferences, and the art of cooking fish.
