# Nuevo Prisma A2, Unit 1: First night at the choir

**Language:** Spanish
**CEFR Level:** A2

> Master talking about your reasons and plans by listening to Maite and Iván's conversation before a choir rehearsal in Pamplona, which pairs with the themes of unit 1 of Nuevo Prisma A2. It may feel challenging at first, but by the end of this course you will be able to fully understand and participate.

**Setting:** The hall of a civic centre in Pamplona at a quarter to eight on a Tuesday in September, fifteen minutes before a community choir's first rehearsal of the season. Iván is new in the city and in the choir; Maite has sung in it for twelve years and spots the new face. They use tú with each other from the first line.
