**Setting:** At an independent optician's practice near Leeds Kirkgate Market, Noah arrives as a customer to get his eyes tested and choose new prescription glasses. Grace is working at the practice counter while completing her clinical placement nearby, guiding Noah through booking, testing, and picking his frames.

### 1. Checking in for an appointment
