**Setting:** At a lively market stall in Sevilla's Mercado de Triana, Diego is showcasing his artisanal Cabrales cheeses while Martina takes a much-needed break from her intense civil-service exam study. Over the course of a week, they chat during her daily market visits, comparing their vastly different routines, past travels, and future plans.

## Lessons

### 1. Asking to sample food

Martina visits Diego to try a new cheese and asks for a small sample of a strong variety.

Martina orders a specific amount of the strong cheese, and Diego suggests a milder option for her mother.
