**Setting:** Inès has just moved into a historic apartment building in Bordeaux's Chartrons district, where Thomas, a local bike courier, lives in the attic studio upstairs. Over the course of her first hectic week of administrative hurdles, they cross paths in the shared courtyard and local cafés, where Thomas helps her decode the local systems.

## Lessons
