**Setting:** The bustling Albert Cuypmarkt in Amsterdam, where locals and vendors mingle amidst the scent of fresh stroopwafels and fried fish. Sophie is visiting the capital for the day and runs into Lars, an acquaintance from the flower trade, as they both navigate their weekly market errands.
